Japan's head of finance, Shoichi Nakagawa, appeared to have gotten completely wrecked before giving a small presser at the Group of 7 meeting in Rome, Italy. His q&a session featured some serious slurring, nodding off and reportedly nonsensical mumbling. He originally blamed cold medicine. On fire.
He subsequently resigned after causing the government much shame. Disgrace.
