WHS fully supports Mr. Phelps during this trying time. Mr. Phelps has helped present a positive image of America to the world both through his athletic prowess and his general demeaner. Plus, he's from B-More.
WHS however does not endorse Michael Phelps' 'apology' because honestly there's nothing wrong with smoking a little weed and anyone who went to College and didn't smoke a 1 and a half foot bong at a frat party should frankly be ashamed of themselves.
