The obvious choice would be Puck. But my vote goes for Brad from Real World San Diego, with the runner up being CT from RW Paris. Simply put, Brad is the biggest meat head ever on the show. Here is one of my favorite clips of him in the Inferno:

I don't watch enough Real World to have a 'favorite' but on one of the seasons a gay black dude straight up slapped a girl as hard as he could in the face as she was getting in a car to leave the house. It was amazing and I would say he's my favorite. I'm thinking it was in Seattle or Portland maybe.
